In this discussion Lwanga Songore  will argue that the dining setup and protocols/procedures in the typical Black community is a microcosm of the solar system with Ra ‘the sun’ at the centre bearing all the vital energy that is necessary for planetary functioning as is the case for food as far as human survival is concerned.
