Description
In this recording, Okunini Ọbádélé Kambon discusses the murder of George Floyd, Black Lives Matter, and Global Genocide against Afrikan=Black people. Broadening the discussion out beyond police brutality to the 4000+ year war against Afrikan=Black people, Okunini Kambon puts the murder in its appropriate context. He provides a history of anti-Black genocide in the form of united snakkkes race riots showing that the issue is not the “system” exclusively as non-state actors in the form of private citizens of the past and present also engage in the same anti-Black genocide that police officers do (cf. the murderers of Ahmaud Arbery). He addresses disparities in executions in the u.s. by race and gives his ideas on what those who proclaim loudly that Black lives matter can learn from the centuries-year-long undeclared “white lives matter movement” including punitive expeditions, disparities in death penalty application, n.k. He also addresses how Black Lives Matter is a case of aggressive ideological mimicry whereby unsuspecting Afrikan=Black people are attracted by the title seemingly addressing Black survival only to be hijacked into “intersectionality” with everything other than Afrikan=Black survival. Okunini also provides two solutions to resolve Global anti-Black genocide. This recording vividly captures the research-based thoughts of Okunini Ọbádélé Kambon on recent developments and includes voices of other panelists on BLM, police brutality, global anti-Afrikan=Black genocide n.k.
